10/23 through 11/1
I've been trying to use up leftovers and things from the freezer all week. I had to get pretty creative packing lunches lastnight, but overall am thrilled that I made it through the week without going to the store...big savings. My cupboards are pretty bare, so today it's to the store to get stocked up.
Fri - Stuffed Italian Shells and stuffed garlic bread, salad
Sat - Out to eat....girls field hockey playoffs
Sun - Marinated Chicken and Italian Mac & Cheese (been trying to do this meal for 3 weeks)
Mon - Brats, loaded french fries and zuccini fritters
Tue - Reuben Chicken bake, perogies
Wed - Taco Soup and loaded nachos (Karate, Awana)
Thurs - Pot Roast, mashed potatoes, biscuits
Fri - Tortellini with homemade sauce, salad, bread?
Sat - Halloween Party Chili mac, spaghetti, hotdogs, cheddar biscuits, salad, ghoul-ade punch, cupcakes, hot chocolate, tons of candy and anything else I can think of.
Sun - Chicken enchilada, black beans

Tuesday - BBQ beef sandwiches and Chicken noodle soup
Wednesday - Greek Pizza's
Thursday - Marinated/Grilled Chicken and pasta side dish ?
Friday - Meatloaf and loaded baked potatoes
Saturday/Sunday - In Toledo for Sylvania Fall Festival

Saturday - Blue Cheese Burgers, Herb roasted potatoes and fried zuccini cakes with dipping sauce
Sunday - Pork Tenerloin, Buttered egg noodles with poppyseed.herbs, apple sauce

I'm an easy going person who loves to make others laugh and of course laugh myself or is that laugh at myself. I am kind of anal when it comes to being organized and I believe that comes from growing up with seven siblings and everything always being a mess. I thoroughly enjoy cooking and entertaining and do so as often as possible. I am so blessed to have an honest, loving, hard working husband of seventeen years and even more blessed to be a mom. My son Nick was adopted from Ukraine in late 2004 and I can't imagine life without him. He has given my life purpose and adventure and unspeakable joy. My friend Sue died in early June of 2007 and I am now mom to her five adopted children Lindsey, Erica, Austin, Steven and Ben. I am praising God for the big family I've always wanted. Jesus runs the show around our house and we just try to have fun while he deals with all the details.
